• You are requested to fill-up all the necessary details in the registration form.
  • After the registration process for Recruiters is over, Job Description offered by participating companies will be shared with students.
  • Students will submit their choices / preferences based on the job description / project brief / company profile using an online system.
  • Participating companies will be able to view using the login credential the list of students applying for the open job description offered by your organization. Participating companies will also be able access the online portfolio of the student applied for the open positions offered by your organization.
  • Participating companies may shortlist the eligible students and prepare the waitlist in advance to save time during Industry Interface 2017.
  • Participating companies are requested to share the waitlist before 2 December 2017 by sending an email at placement@nid.edu. This will help us to inform the students well in advance.
  • Participating companies will able to view the offers received by the students from other employers during the placement week. This will help you to interact with the prospective student and understand whether he/she has received offers from other companies or not.
  • Participating companies are requested to place the offers to the selected students on the interview day itself. The offer should be issued on the company letterhead duly signed.
  • Interview will be conducted in NID, Ahmedabad ‚Äč/ NID, Gandhinagar.
  • The details of the interview schedule and venue will be shared by 27thNovember, 2017 based on your registration.
